F.A.Q about houses

Attention! If you have a character without logging in for more than 1 month, please log in before buying a house. If you do not do this, will cause you to lose your home and have no refund.

  • Who can own a house?
      • Any character with level 120 or more in Mainland. (one per character) Any character with level 60 or more in Rookgaard. (one per character)

  • How much will i pay for the house when i win the auction?
      • When you win the auction, you will pay the bid and the value of the rent of the house, next month you will pay only the value of the rent of the house.
      The system only checks the bank's balance, it does not count money in the backpacks, depots and etc.

  • How long does an auction last?
      • After the first bid has been placed the house will be auctioned for the following 24 hours.

  • I've won the auction, when will I get my house?
      • The house will be granted to you at the following server save (10:00 BRT) after the auction has ended.

  • How many houses can I have on my account?
      • You can have one house per character.

  • How do I leave my house?
      • Say !leavehouse inside your house (in the following server save the house will be empty and available for an auction).
      Say !cancelleavehouse to cancel the command.

  • How do I sell my house?
      • Say !sellhouse nameoftheplayer (Ex. !sellhouse Prince Taleon) inside your house and select a player to trade with (the player must be online and must be within 3 sqms distance).
      The player must look in the document that the owner of the house is giving in trade and this document should be written "HOUSE TRANSFER DOCUMENT" with the description "It is a house transfer document for (nameofthehouse)".

      Remember, the rent will be charged to the buyer in exchange, the money will be withdrawn from the buyer's bank account and the house will have the rent paid for 1 month normally. If the player does not have enough balance to pay the rent, the exchange will be canceled.

  • In which situation i will lose my house?
      • You will lose your house when the owner character doesn't log in for a month or more, you will also lose the house if you don't have money in the bank to pay the rent.

  • Is it possible to cancel my current bid, and bid on another house?
      • No.
